Who We Are

My name is Dylan Roston, a Michelin-trained private chef based in the Greater Los Angeles area. I’m passionate about cooking and dedicated to bringing fresh, gourmet food to your table.

I was raised in the farm-to-table movement and have a strong sense of connection with the food that I create because of my connection to my roots.

I have spent years building a team of amazing staff who are dedicated to bringing you the best of both worlds, quality and meaning.

Enjoy beautiful handcrafted desserts with Pastry Chef Amy Cuevas, and Sous Chef Johnathan Barrios. Just two of the many people who make up the gourmet memories crew, they all believe the same thing I do. That food should evoke something more then just flavor, but also a Gourmet Memory.
