Who We Are
My name is Dylan Roston, a Michelin-trained chef based in the Greater Los Angeles area. After years working in the culinary world I decided I wanted to build a company that doesn’t just cater food, but also creates an individualized experience for all of our clients, and create a fully-integrated hospitality experience that highlights the most important events of your life and makes them unforgettable. Spending years in the back of a kitchen and making food but never seeing the customers or being able to learn about their lives always made me feel like something was missing from my life as a chef. It turns out, the thing I loved most about cooking wasn’t just the food, but the way it helps me connect with the people around me. Every time someone invites me into their life if only for an evening to be a part of something special and allow me to present my craft, it satisfies something in my soul.
Here at Gourmet Memories, we have worked for years to curate an amazing staff that allows us to create an experience that doesn’t just focus on one individuals talents, but allows you to experience the artistry of multiple culinary crafters. This includes Amy Cuevas ( Pastry Chef), Johnathan Barrios (Sous Chef), Elias Campos (Bartender and Sommelier) and our many other teammates who provide their expertise to your experience.
